Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Answer: No, your account is a “one month at a time” subscription.
You pay in advance for the month you are going to use.
We send out the billing invoices in the middle of a month,
They are due to be paid by the first of the next month.
If you are late with your payment, we will charge you a $5.00 late fee.
If you are continually getting late fees, we may suggest that you pay an extra month ahead so that you can avoid them.
If you have any questions or problems with either your billing or your service, please call our office during business hours. If you call us, we can usually figure out a way to solve the problem.

If we are busy on another call or if it is after regular business hours, please leave us a voice mail message. Our voice mail messages are transcribed into email messages and go into our email accounts. We do check them and we will follow up.
